One set of insights per test: For each test ordered from this store, you will receive one set of insights, detailing the species detected.

e.g. if you buy x5 ‘vertebrate + fish (freshwater)’, you will receive two sets of insights, one with all the vertebrate test results from the 5 samples, and another, separate set of insights, for all the fish test results from the 5 samples.

Your insights contain cutting-edge metrics to help you make the very best decisions for nature, and feed into your ESG / TNFD / CSRD etc. reporting.

One delivery address per order: For each order placed, all kits on that order will be delivered to a single address, entered during checkout.

One sampling event, for one site, per order: Each order is for one site only, and for only one sampling event for that site. If you are purchasing for multiple sampling events or multiple sites, please place a separate order for each sampling event.

A sampling event simply means that all tests under that event will be reported together.

During checkout, please confirm site name, sampling event name and contact details for your site lead: During checkout please confirm the name of the site's sampling event this order is to be assigned to and the name and email address of your 'site lead' - this is the individual who we will notify when insights are ready, and is responsible for managing access to insights in the NatureMetrics Intelligence Platform.

All items in an order will be processed and insights delivered together: All insights for all tests on an order will be issued together, once all samples have been returned and your Sample Manifest completed. Click here for more info on your Sample Manifest.
